Recently releasing his EP "homegrown", Robert Patton is a singer songwriter originally from Sydney's Blue Mountains. Playing a hybrid of Blues and Country, his music manages to be both lively and reflective in equal measure. Recently joining forces with local songbird Beth Joss, they will be playing as a duo at the Charles Western. Performing originals as well as the odd cover thrown in for good measure, their songs incorporate everything from Delta blues to the Californian folk stylings of the early seventies.
