Grand Baxter will be gracing the front bar of the Charles Weston Hotel singing a new collection of songs inspired by love, from infatuation to deflation. The Grand Baxter story so far is short, being formed by friends from various touring bands in late 2016 as a means of getting over an ex. Their songs are somber and true, watermarked with a musicality and lyrical intent driven by their diverse jazz and country influences. Inspired by artists such as James Taylor and Jose Gonzales, Grand Baxter are best described as 'a bold hamper of charisma, musicality and country folk charm.'
